Types of Visas & Application Charges 

The links below will take you to pages with more information about the type of visa you might need to enter Australia.

Fee payments in Malaysian Ringgit only, will be accepted at the Australian High Commission, Kuala Lumpur.
[note : fee payments in other currencies including Australian dollars will not be accepted]

Payments should be made by bank draft, cheque or money order made payable to : "Australian High Commission". Payment by  cash, Visa or  Mastercard at the Visa counter, will also be accepted. 

You should check the correct fees prior to lodging your application.

For ETA multiple entry business visas (valid for the life of the passport) issued by Travel Agents or Airlines, payment of the visa application charge in Australian dollars should be made by credit card (electronic payment) only.

To lodge a visa application at the Visa section of the Australian High Commission, you will need to complete the necessary visa application form and lodge it together with the correct visa application charge, if applicable. Visa information and application forms can be printed off the internet at www.immi.gov.au . You do not need to complete an application form for an ETA. See : Applications & Forms

Electronic Travel Authority (ETA)

• Tourism for 3 months stay, multiple travel up to 12 months - No fee
